4 sizes: Micro Preemie 2lb/4lb, Preemie 5lb/7lb, Newborn/3 months, 3/6 months

There are instructions for 4 sizes and the pattern is written in full with no abbreviations. The sizes are Micro Preemie, Preemie, Newborn to 3 months and 3 to 6 months. It is knitted on straight needles using DK wool. The turned up brim and extra wide stretch round the brim makes this a very well fitting, practical hat for babies to wear after Birth. It should also fit for longer so the ages given are only approximate.
Ribbing the whole hat rather than just the brim makes for a better fit. The brim
can be turned up by varying amounts so should fit for longer as baby grows

Materials Needed are:
Size 4mm Needles
25/35 gm DK yarn/wool/cotton in one or two colours
Large eyed needle
Scissors

Cast on
Cast off
Knit
Purl
Knit 2 together
Purl 2 together
Sewing for the back seam
