Pavo sweater
Finally! the cozy addition to the blouse is available! :)
The Pavo Sweater is a feminine top-down sweater inspired by the mesmerizing beauty of peacock feathers. A delicate lace motif grows across the round yoke, creating a striking statement while keeping the rest of the sweater clean and easy to wear.
The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. The lace is concentrated mainly around the upper yoke and continues along the sleeves, while the body is worked predominantly in stockinette stitch. Short rows are used to create a more comfortable fit, and both the body and sleeves can be adjusted to your preferred length.
The pattern includes written instructions and charts for the lace motif, with separate charts for sizes 1–3 and 4–6.

YARN
The sample is knitted with Lalouknit Fluff, 110 m / 50 g.
Approximate amount needed:
Size 1: 9 skeins / 910 m
Size 2: 10 skeins / 1020 m
Size 3: 10 skeins / 1100 m
Size 4: 11 skeins / 1170 m
Size 5: 12 skeins / 1270 m
Size 6: 13 skeins / 1340 m
If you use other yarn, you need approx 100m less yarn- I think the lalou knit is more compact and doesn’t change much after blocking. You can look at the testers version and see the yardage for orientation.

CONSTRUCTION
The Pavo Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down, beginning with a double-folded collar. The round yoke is shaped with increases and features the signature peacock-feather-inspired lace motif.
After the yoke, the body and sleeves are separated. The body is worked in stockinette stitch with short rows to create a slightly longer back, while the lace motif continues down the sleeves. Both the body and sleeves can be lengthened or shortened to suit your preferred fit.
SKILL LEVEL
