Die Peace Jacke wird von oben nach unten gestrickt. Begonnen wird am oberen Rücken, welcher durch verkürzte Reihen geformt wird. Dann werden nacheinander das rechte und das linke Vorderteil an den Rücken angestrickt und unter den Armen alle Teile zusammen weiter gestrickt. Der Ausschnitt ist V-förmig. Die lange Jacke hat beidseits eingestrickte Taschen. Die Ärmel werden aus den Armausschnitten heraus gestrickt und durch Abnahmen nach unten hin schmaler. Als letztes erhält die Jacke ringsherum eine doppelgestrickte Blende mit Knopflöchern. Beim Stricken des Peace Zeichen kann der Faden mitgeführt werden oder wie bei der Intarsia Technik gestrickt werden.

The Peace jacket is knitted topdown. Start at the upper back, which is shaped by shortened rows. Then knit the front pieces one after the other and join all pieces together under the arms. The neckline is V-shaped. The long jacket has pockets on both sides.
The sleeves are worked from stitches that are picked up along the armholes. At the end, stitches are picked up and knitted along the front edges and a double knitted button band is worked.
When knitting the peace sign, the thread can be carried along or knitted using the intarsia technique.
