….“The Peacock Cardigan is my attempt to honor the subtle beauty of quiet loveliness of the female of the species. Equal parts geometric stitch and elegant lace, the Peacock is an homage to lush blue-green. A long silhouette of flowing color is both flattering and elegant, with a wide shawl collar providing a dramatic accent in a monochromatically matched trim color. Piping is neatly formed with stockinette stitch at the bell of the sleeve, and every edge of the cardigan is beautifully finished. The worsted weight yarn can be worked in any color, dramatic or subtle.”

Yardage is for the main color. In addition there are between one and two skeins (118-236 yards) of contrast color required.
