The Pear Blossom Shawl is inspired by the pretty blossoms of spring. It is a lightweight asymmetric shawl featuring lace sections, eyelets and simple garter stitch perfect for breezy spring days or to keep cosy on summer evenings.

Both the full sized shawl and the shawlette versions are included within the pattern price. Charts are included for the lace sections in addition to written line by line instructions.

Yarn: The larger sample used a total of 752yds/688m (approx 172g) of Fingering weight yarn using Kinsman Yarn Co Merino Fingering in “Hepburn” (437yds/400m per 100g).

The shawlette version used a total of 393yds/360m (approx 90g) of Fingering weight yarn using Kinsman Yarn Co Merino Fingering in “Hepburn” (437yds/400m per 100g).

Recommended Needle Size: 32” or longer 3.75mm (US Size 5) circular needle, or appropriate size to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 23 sts / 36 rows = 4 inches (10cm) in stockinette stitch

Finished Measurements:
Large: Length: 75 inches/ 190cm, Width (at longest row): 40 inches/ 100 cm
