The bodice reminds me of pebbles on a garden pathway and the skirt features baskets of plump peonies. This bottom-up raglan dress features bell sleeves and a full skirt perfect for newborns to toddlers.

The pattern features both charts and written instructions, photos tutorials for the dot stitch and placket, and a schematic to help determine size and final measurements.

I have also added links to video tutorials for the button band placket and the Dot Stitch used for the bodice

The pattern is 11 pages long but if you want to work with a printed copy, you do not need to print the chart pages for sizes you are not making. The doll is not included in this pattern.
