A lovely bit of texture from an easy to master stitch pattern makes an interesting sock in a plain or multicolored yarn.

• Gauge: Pebbles at 7 sts/in is worked from the top down and Stones at 5.5 sts/in is worked from the toe up.

Both feature my short-row heel and toe and two leg lengths. Instructions for contrast toe and heel are in the Stones version.
