This is a one size piece but feel free to use a bigger hook to get a bigger product or add stiches in multiples of 3 to obtain a bigger cuff.
I used a flecked yarn but it would be gorgeous in any color.
One skein of yarn will easily make both cuffs.
I used orange Neon Wiggle Eyes from Hobby Lobby.
