Peggy is a light hat with a scalloped edge, perfect for chilly evenings or early morning strolls. The delicate eyelets and rippling texture are deceptively simple to create and delightful to knit!

The hat is quite stretchy and accommodates noggins between 18 and 24” in circumference.
