Pelle is not as young as he once was, but he still loves to be in his garden, taking care of his plants and trees.

The best thing Pelle knows is when his nephews come and greet him. Then they usually sit under the big apple trees, eat apples and share different thoughts about life while the little birds sing above them.

When he was younger, Pelle worked as a gardener and helped most of them in his neighborhood with their gardens. Now he is content to walk around in his own garden.

In Pelle’s garden there are most things, everything from fruit trees, vegetables and beautiful flowers. There is even a small stream running through his garden, where Pelle usually fills his trunk with water to water his plants.
