This turban-type hat was inspired by another chemo cap that was knit with different construction and an elasticized yarn which I didn’t have on hand, so I decided to come up with my own pattern. I made it for a dear friend of mine who just started losing her hair to chemo.

I chose Mirasol Peru’s 100% Baby Llama because it was Christmas and that’s what I had on hand! Also, it’s super super soft, so should feel great on her sensitive scalp.
