To make this purse, I use Patons DK smoothie in black and white, as well as a small amount of yellow for the feet and beak. This yarn is DK weight and more specifically is 200m per 100g. Any yarn of the same weight would be ok for this pattern.

Please note, to make this coin purse you will also need an ‘arch frame kiss purse clasp’. These are available on eBay and Amazon - you will need a clasp that is size 9x6.3cm.
