What other kind of hat is more perfect for those cold wintery months than a penguin hat?! Perfect for any girl or boy, they are sure to love it!

This hat comes in sizes newborn to adult and uses puffs to give the hat the texture of feathers. You will need worsted weight yarn (thicker worsted work best to fill in those feathers) and crochet hooks H, J, and I (I is used for only some sizes). You can also use a white fluffy yarn such as a brushed bulky boucle for the border and braids. You will also need a tapestry needle, one stitch marker, and a ruler/measuring tape to check gauge.
