Super cute and very easy to make little penguins and realistic Xmas tree will add a touch of festivity to your home this Christmas!

This PDF file includes step-by-step instructions, easy to follow pictures and diagrams. The pattern is written in English and uses UK crochet terms.

Material used:

• Hayfield Bonus DK (280m/100g) in green, black, white, blue, orange, red, yellow, brown, grey, turquoise;
• Yarnart Lily (225m/50g), various colours (for making baubles);
• Stylecraft Eskimo DK (90m/50g) in white;
• King Cole Tinsel Chunky in silver (about 1.8m) and silver wire lights for the tree decoration.
• Hook size: 3.5mm, 3.0mm, 2.5mm and 1.0mm;
• Black faceted shank buttons (10mm and 15mm in diameter);
• Polystyrene cone (10cm in diameter and 25cm high);
• Polystyrene balls (10mm in diameter). Alternatively, you can use polyester filling instead;
• Green craft wire (thickness - 1mm). I have used about 6m of wire but this depends on how many leaves you are going to make);
• A small piece of the red self-adhesive felt sheet;
• Cocktail stick (1pc);
• Wooden lolly sticks to make the ladders (11cm x 1cm (4pcs.) and 4cm x 1cm (6pcs));
• Superglue or hot gun;
• Polyester filling.
