This pair knows how to stay warm on the long march through winter!

You will need 2 skeins of Morehouse Merino 3-Strand, 1 skein each in white and black (worsted weight, 145 yards per skein), and double-pointed #4 or #5 (size to obtain gauge).

Mittens are knit in the round using size #4 or #5 double point needles.

The kit comes with 2 skeins of Morehouse Merino 3-Strand (145 yards per skein): 1 in white, and 1 in black. There is also a small amount of a 2-ply yellow yarn for knitting the beaks, as well as some beads for eyes.
