Summary Percy was designed by Alan Dart to match the small pigeon in Matty-Boy and the Secret Pigeon Racket.

From the website of the author, Anita Hunt: “I wanted to have a small Percy that would be available with the book, as a little encouragement for a young person; to remind them that they are not alone, small enough to fit in their pocket.

Alan very kindly designed a knitting pattern of Percy from the lovely illustration by Sarah Miskelly that can be downloaded from this website for free.“
