This blanket is a work of art! Worked one square at a time with duplicate stitch letters, the final periodic table comes out to about 7ft long. You will need 9 skeins of 9 different colors and 3 skeins each of 2 different colors of any craft acrylic yarn in an aran/worsted weight. Squares are joined with a crochet join, and the final product has a single crochet border around the edges.

The blanket took me about 4 months to design and make. It’s an award winning pattern and blanket, coming in 2nd place at the NC State Fair!
