The Persephone Socks are a fun project featuring creative lace detail, without compromising on the perfect fit! The ribbing in the back creates a good amount of negative ease, so your beautiful sock won’t slip down while wearing - staying nice and snug against your leg. The lace is simple and interesting, so you will be able to easily memorize the stitchwork, but you won’t be bored either!

The pattern is written according to stitch count, so you can use whatever your favorite sock tools are, whether it be DPN’s, 9 inch circular needles, or the magic loop method.

There are lace charts included in the pattern for your convenience.

Sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Size Small is shown on model, who wears a Size US 7 Shoe.

Yardage: Small: 260 yds./ 239 m
Medium: 294 yds/ 269 m
Large: 335 yds/ 306m
One 100g Skein of sock yarn will be more than enough
for this project!

I recommend using a fingering weight (1) sock yarn for this project - superwash merino and nylon blends work really nicely for a durable sock that blocks beautifully!

Gauge: Gauge: 19 sts by 21 rows in stockinette = 2 inch square/5 cm square
