These gloves are pictured on the back cover of the book.
Inspired by traditional Peruvian textiles circa 1000-1450 A.D. Colourful gloves include flared gauntlet with traditional scalloped border design and traditional colour-work patterning. A great project for someone interested in historically correct designs knit in a wearable, contemporary colourway. Just the thing to cheer you through a long, cold winter. For a less dramatic deign, these gloves could easily be shortened. If desired, customize your glove by beginning on chart row 29 or 41.
