The skirt is worked downwards in the round with gradual increases to create the A-line shape, while the upper body is worked upwards and shaped individually for the armholes, neckline and shoulders. The lower border adds a beautiful layered petal-style finish, while the narrow edging gives the neckline and armholes a neat, refined look.
