YARN: The sample is shown in Vita Merino Soft Yarn (100% merino wool; 300 m 328 yds per 50 g).
The sample shawl used 780 m 853 yds, or 130 grams of yarn.

It is strongly recommended to use natural fiber yarn (linen, cotton, wool, or silk), or yarn including a minimum of synthetic fiber; lace weight yarn is preferable, approximately 400 – 800 m (435 – 875 yds) per 100 g skein.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 172 cm 68″ wingspan and 76 cm 30″ deep, relaxed after wet blocking.
You may need to adjust the needle size if using a different weight yarn.
Your shawl may end up being larger or smaller depending on the weight of yarn and your individual way of knitting.
