❀ ❀ ❀ I felt my house slippers myself, even for warm seasons. After a long day it is a good feeling to slip on in the cozy slippers, and it seems not too warm. Wool and wool alpaca blends seem like a fleece. Wool and alpaca calm feet after a long busy day and give a beautiful feeling. I wish you learn this feeling to give your feet calm and soft care every day. ❀❀❀

Design details:

Yarn:
Super Bulky (5-6 wpi) or Bulky (7 wpi). You can knit the slippers with two threads of Worsted (9 wpi) weight yarn. Your yarn is suitable for felting, 100% organic wool, alpaca or wool/alpaca blends, that is not labeled ‘superwash’, ‘machine wash’.

Felting notes

The slippers are felted by hand and in a front-loading washing machine with shoe lasts of polystyrene for felting (optional). You can felt your shoes with a towel twisted together, in every shoe one towel. The principles of felting are the same with shoe lasts or with towels.
