Piazza di Spagna is an elegant cloche inspired by fashion from the 30s.
Unusual construction makes it interesting to knit, and amazing for the short rows-addicted!
The lace motif on one side adds a touch of discrete elegance to a hat otherwise clean in lines.
The hat is constructed starting from the front brim that is worked side to side and joined, then stitches are picked up along the edge of the brim and the crown is shaped with short rows.

Sizes: S (circumference 53 cm - 20 inches), M (56 cm - 22 inches), L (58 cm - 23 inches)

Yarn: approximately 120 (150, 180) metres of worsted or aran yarn.

Level: advanced intermediate (short rows, pick up stitches, grafting, simple lace motif)
