Loom Knit Bonnet. Picot Bonnet or Picot Hat

The Picot Bonnet is a picot edges bonnet. It’s a simple pattern but the edge is more intermediate loom knit pattern; leave picot off for a unisex pattern. A technique video link is included in the pattern.
