The pattern is seamless and worked in the round on a 1/2” gauge 24 peg CW round loom using one strand of worsted weight yarn.

It can be worked using chunky weight yarn on a 24 peg 5/8” gauge round loom if you like a heavier weight scrunchy.

Any worsted weight yarn should work with the 1/2” gauge loom.

You will also need an elastic hair band that is inserted prior to the BO. Regular elastic sewn into a circle could be used in lieu of the elastic hair band.
