The first version of this hat was made from beautiful sky blue yarn topped with a white pompom. The strong vertical lines of the stitch pattern, combined with the colors I chose, reminded me of pillars on an ancient building reaching into the sky, high enough to touch the fluffy white clouds. However, the next time I made it was from orange and blue yarn that reminded me of an autumn day. You can have a lot of fun with your color choices for this project…let your imagination take you where it pleases!
