This cowl is knitted in the round using a border and body stitch patterns that have a similar cross bar. Using only 50g of average sock weight yarn; this is a great project for those orphan skeins sitting in your stash. Both stitch patterns are very easy to memorize and the cowl is fast to knit, even for a beginner.

The cowl is easy to adapt to a larger piece as the stitch patterns are only multiples of 2 or 4 stitches and 2 rows.

This pattern has not been tested – although I have made every effort to make it error free. Please let me know of you have any queries or difficulties.

I look forward to seeing your completed project.
