The yoke of this sweater plays with geometrical representations of conifers. For this reason, I have decided to call this design after a variety of Mediterranean pine, Pinassa.

The sweater is knitted seamlessly in the round from the top down and the body is gently oversized. The pattern repeat is quite easy to follow and the sweater knits up pretty fast. With a bit of attention, this yoke will be totally suitable for a colorwork beginner.
