This sweater is a charming, seamless
knit sweater with a nature inspired design. It is worked
entirely in the round from the top down. It begins with a
1x1 ribbed neckband that is folded and joined for a
clean finish. It is shaped with German short rows to raise
the back neck for a comfortable fit. The yoke features a
coniferous tree motif with increases integrated throughout.
Instructions for the motif are provided in both written and
charted format. The yoke is divided, and the sleeve stitches
are placed on hold. The body and sleeves are then worked
in the round and finished with 1x1 ribbing. It has a classic fit
of 3-4.25” 8-11cm of positive ease. The model in the
picture is wearing size 8 and has a chest circumference
of 27” 69cm.

Needle Size: US 5, 3.75mm 16-32”+ circular needles for body and sleeves or size needed to obtain gauge
US 3, 3.25mm 16-32” circular needles or two sizes smaller for neck ribbing, bottom hem and wrist cuff
Optional: US 5, 3.75mm & US 3, 3.25mm DPNs for sleeves and wrist cuff

This sweater is worked holding 2 strands of yarn together. Or you can use 1 strand of a dk weight yarn so long as gauge can be made.
