Pine’appeal is a lovely blanket pattern which creates a stunning visual effect with slow-change variegated yarns. The pineapple pattern is delicate and beautiful enough to stand on its own in a solid as well.

The strips are staggered, negating the need for an additional border, allowing the design to shine on its own. (You may add a border of your choosing if you like though!)

This is a beginner and up pattern.

You’ll need:

Yarn
Crochet hook
Scissors
Darning Needle
optional-but-helpful: yard stick, ruler, or fabric measuring tape

Gauge: it’s based on measuring one motif, not upon stitches in a certain amount of space or a repeat but Ravelry forces you to put something in the field or it won’t publish. Please know the real gauge is explained in the pattern.

With my gauge system you’re able to make a blanket to fit whatever size you need: toy, baby, toddler, child, teen, adult, a specific bed size, twin, full, queen, king, anything you desire!
