I added a strip of elastic to the top of the body to make it a tighter fit - looks better this way IMO

This pattern has instructions for making the bra section custom sized. The rest of the piece is one-sized, as there is the possibility for making the button loop larger to extend the body width. It is also not that tight of a fit. Using a larger hook for the body section for example will give a larger fit.
