Welcome to the pineapple top! The cutest summer top ever! :)

This top is perfect for summer, sun and sea. It is airy and light and despite of the overall lace on the front panel, great to wear. It can be paired with skirt ,jeans, some wide pants or hot pants, the outfit options are endless! I wish you a wonderful summer wearing this gorgeous feminine top :)

This top is knitted top down. Beginning with the neck hem, short rows technique is used to get a better fit. The increases are made alongside the shoulder line till you get the right shoulder length. After reaching the certain length for the shoulder, the front and back panel are knitted separated and then connected again after reaching the stated length of front and back panel.

After connecting the front and back panel, this top will be knitted down in round, till you reach your desired length. The sts from the sleeve cap will be picked up at the sides and the shoulder sts will be used as it was put aside. The sleeve cap will be knitted using short rows, so it’s airy under the arm pit, but the ruffles will cover your shoulder. The ruffled sleeve caps are optional and who isn’t so into ruffles, there is a tanktop version as an option.

Needles
3,25mm needles for the ribbing,
3,75mm needles for everything else. Also for the sleeves

Gauge
23 sts x 33 rows in stockinette
Both sts for width and height are important.

You can use any summer yarn which meets the gauge. Some bamboo or silk blend yarn seem to stretch a lot, which is not ideal for this design. Be careful.

Herzlich Willkommen zu Pineapple top! das süßeste Sommetop aller Zeiten!

Dieses Top wird von oben nach unten gestrickt. Man fängt mit dem Bündchen an, dann wird mit verkürzten Reihen der Rücken länger gestrickt. Nun werden in Runden die Maschen zugenommen, bis eine gewisse Schulterlänge erreicht ist. Dann werden die Schultermaschen stillgelegt und das Vorder- und Rückenteil getrennt flach hin und hergestrickt, bis sie wieder zusammen gestrickt werden. Nach Erreichen der gewünschten Körperlänge wird das Top abgekettet. Der Rüschenärmel wird mit verkürzten Reihen geformt, dass die Rüschen auf den Schultern gut anliegt, so dass der Ärmel zur Achsel hin schmaler wird.
Dieses Top ist perfekt für Sommer, Sonne und Meer. Es ist luftig leicht und obwohl es reichlich mit Lochmustern versehen ist, angenehm tragbar. Mit den verträumten Rüschen ein absoluter Hingucker in jeder Garderobe!

3,25mm Nadeln für das Bündchen,
3,75mm Nadeln für alles andere. Auch für die Rüschenärmel.

MaPro
23 M x 33 R in glatt rechts
Sowohl die Breite also auch die Höhe der MaPro ist für dieses Top wichtig.
