Pink Sky at Night is an asymmetrical triangle shawl that features a two-color brioche wave pattern broken up by simple straight two-color brioche. My mom is a sailor and growing up when she saw a pink sky in the evening she would say “pink sky at night, sailors delight.” This shawl reminds me of sailing. The winds and waves mixed with periods of calm. It’s a fun and engaging knit that creates beautiful two-sided fabric.
