These pink guard dolls are super quick and easy to make.

Although inspired by a popular tv show, you could knit them with white suits, grey heads, and no embroidery to make astronauts or get creative with skin tone yarn and embroider faces.

These little dolls are suitable for new knitters, they are knitted flat on ordinary straight needles with quite simple shaping. You could easily knit one in an evening or two.

Clearly explained knitting instructions and fully illustrated making up notes ensure you will be pleased with your finished doll.

The dolls in this pattern are knitted with double knit/light worsted yarn and are 14cm tall.

Thinner yarn such as cotton 4 ply will give a smaller doll, thicker yarn such as chunky or Aran will make a larger doll. Whichever yarn you choose to knit with, use a needle slightly smaller than the recommended size for the yarn. This will give a firm textured fabric which will not stretch too much and allow the stuffing to show through.
