Pinkerchief
The Pinkerchief is a lace kerchief pattern, worked from the bottom corner upwards with increases on each side. It can be worked as a small handkerchief to wear on the head or a larger triangle shawl as desired.
The Pinkerchief pattern is both charted and written out, plus the file is designed for easy printing.
Any weight of yarn can be used, though lighter weights like fingering and DK are recommended for the handkerchief version.
The weight of yarn chosen will affect the total yardage needed, but usually a single skein is enough, especially for smaller sizes.
Needle size will vary with chosen yarn.
For a looser, drapier pinkerchief, use a slightly larger needle size than normal.
