Pinstriped suits and trouser suspenders were fashionable attire for dapper 1950’s chaps, but who says he wouldn’t want to adorn himself with a wee sample of that pinstripe pattern while working hard throughout the day?

Pinstriping Peter - DK comes written in 12 sizes (from small newborn to adult), and is written for 8ply/DK weight yarn.

CONSTRUCTION
Pinstriping Peter is constructed from the brim upwards, and is knit in the round.
It features a simple slip stitch pattern utilising two colours, designed to imitate pinstripe patterning.
The crown undergoes rapid decreasing, which enables the patterning to effortlessly be continued as close as possible to casting off.

SKILLS REQUIRED
knitting small circumferences in the round
simple slip stitch colourwork
If you are not familiar with these techniques you may need to reference a knitting guide book, or view videos on the internet.
