This is a great all purpose washcloth with textured stitches for scrubbing. I made this cloth to fit easier in the palm of your hand which also makes it dry faster.

Use any worsted weight 100% cotton yarn and an H hook. You will only need about 25.5 yards to make one cloth.

Gauge is not really that important for this project but you don’t want lose stitches that will allow your fingers to slip through the fabric. If you get less than 8 stitches in 2 inches you should change to a smaller hook. The finished cloth should be 4.5” x 5”.
