Pin-wheel Cot blanket and Booties:
Frilly Daisy Lulu, Gadget Gussie and Bootie Boi Barnaby

Skill Level: Intermediate

These three different styles of booties are named after ‘real’ special people. Daisy Lulu is the new member of Belinda’s family. Belinda is thrilled to now be a great aunt! The other two designs are named after her two adult sons. Gus builds robots. He loves construction and symmetry; things that work. Hence creating a bootie designed on a mesh (moss st) pattern. And Barnaby works in the theater; he applauds good design, excellent quality – understated but robust; practical with style. And so these three designs came into being.

Abbreviations
R = Row - Rnd = Round
st(s) = Stitch(es)
m1 = use the tip of the left needle to pick up the running thread between the st on the left hand needle and the st on the right and knit into the back, creating a new st.
yo = yarn over, starting at front of work pass yarn over needle to back. If st before yo was a knit st, first bring yarn to front underneath needle. If st after yo is a purl, then bring yarn forward under needle. When you reach this yo on next row, knit or purl it as directed. It is meant to make a hole.
