For me, Gingerbreads are one of the best parts about waiting for the Christmas time. Wolly socks are the second best.

Here is a pattern that is relatively easy to make as there are only two colors and a very clear chart for the color work and rib. It requires worsted or light aran yarn - so it is warm. The sizing is 36-43 EU and it fits the calf of 30-42 cm 8there is negative ease). The leg is about 45 cm high.

A wonderful way to wait for the Christmas time, and a classic pattern to wear during the whole winter season.
