This pattern is part of a collection of patterns known as Cookie Pals. Each of the Cookie Pals is posted on my blog for free, one at a time. But if you’d like an ad-free printable PDF version of the pattern containing instructions for making all 11 Cookie Pals, you can purchase the Cookie Pals eBook.

This pattern will show you how to make one of the Cookie Pals: Piper the Panda. The head, body, and legs are all made in one piece, so there’s minimal sewing. As written, the panda is about 7” tall.

I made mine using two colors of I Love This Cotton! Yarn and an E hook, but you can substitute another aran weight yarn if needed. The pattern also calls for fiberfill stuffing, two 6mm safety eyes, and a tapestry needle. I recommend using a stitch marker to keep your place, since most of the pattern is worked in a continuous round without turning or joining.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page. You may not copy this pattern, repost it anywhere (either altered or in its original form), or claim it as your own. You may not use any photos from the pattern for your own use.
