Little Miss Piper’s momma contacted me asking if I could make a dress for her daughter’s Beauty-and-the-Beast-themed 1st birthday party. Well, I think every little girl needs a princess dress, so I whipped up this lovely number! It works up quickly - I finished in about half a day and I was writing the pattern I was going - so you can get a beautiful finished product without weeks of work.

This pattern uses a wide variety of stitches, but it’s written in a way that is easy to understand. I have it marked “Intermediate” difficulty, but if you’ve been hanging back in “Easy” patterns, this is a good one to get your feet wet!

I’m sure you can think of a little girl in your life who needs this dress. Treat her to a gift that will make her feel like a princess!

I’m sorry about the poor photo quality. I made this as a rush order and had to get it in the mail before I had good lighting for photos. Thanks, Indiana weather! Please post your project photos so others can see how gorgeous this dress really is!
