Written pattern for ducklings with or without feet. Worked in Bernats pipsqueak yarn in yellow, white or yellow multi. They are worked flat from tail to top of the head and then seamed along the back. Wings, beak and feet are knitted separately and then sewn on. Directions are included for knitting the beak in the pipsqueak yarn or in worsted yarn in a contrasting color. The feet are optional and are made in worsted weight yarn.
These ducklings knit up quickly and are very economical to make. They can also be machine washed and dried (as long as you used acrylic yarn for the beak and feet) if you put them in a pillowcase or wash-bag first.
