“Emily” is a bucket hat (or pescador / fisherman hat in Britain, or panama in Russia) worked from top down in three parts: round top, crown of the hat and the straight brims. Each part consists of two details – one is worked with a crochet hook (the lining), other is knitted with needles. All parts are joined as you go according to the pattern.
Choose from two options: 1) uni color hat with the contrasting stripes (plaid textured pattern); 2) two or more color hat with the stripes (checkered plaid, tartan).
