Every day is a good day for plaid.
This fun hat is a perfect addition to your day whether you are going on an adventure or just relaxing on your back porch.

This hat features a simple pattern that is easy to memorize. The plaid motif is created with mosaic knitting technique, which uses slipped stitches and only one color per row.

Grab two contrasting colors in fingering weight yarn and play. Go for bold bright colors for more striking effect or for more subdued ones, if you’re aiming for subtlety. Experiment with solid or variegated yarn, but remember to have a good contrast between all the colors.
