This is a very simple pattern with instructions to assemble the plant. The end resilt is adorable plant which you can use anywhere.

I planned to use tim can and magnet to keep the plant outside my door to hide the key.

Material you would need will be a pot / cup or tin can, brown and green yarn, empty paper roll, sewing thread and needle. 6mm and 5mm hook.
My green yarn was little thinner than brown so I had to switch to 5mm hook. You can use same hook for both yarn or any hook size suitable to your yarn.
