Pleinmont combines traditional Guernsey construction and motifs with an all-over cable design and bulkier weight yarn for a fresh, gender-neutral look. The design and construction are simple, and the bulky yarn knits up quickly, making this an ideal choice for a first-time Guernsey project.

The Pleinmont Guernsey is worked in the round from the bottom up to the underarms. The back and front are worked flat and separately, then sewn together at the shoulder seams. The sleeves are worked separately in the round and sewn to the body. Stitch patterns are written and charted.
