Difficulty: 2 /5

The Plié Legwarmers are knitted from the bottom up, starting with the bottom cuff, followed by the ribbed and cabled pattern and finished off with a second cuff.
The perfect project for beginners to practice their cables!

Sizes: 1 (2) 3 (4)
Circumference of the leg warmer: unstretched-stretched: 17-24 (18,5-26) 20-28 (21,5-30) cm. By “stretched”, I mean stretched out to the point where the ribbing lays nice and flat and the purl sts take up as much space as the knit sts. I don’t mean fully stretched.
Intended negative ease: 0-2 cm: Choose the size that is 0-2 cm SMALLER than your own lower calf circumference when stretched.
Length: 26 cm (but easily adjustable)
Gauge: 42 sts unstretched/30 sts stretched in 4x2 ribbing (k4, p2) on 3 mm needles = 10 cm. Recommended yarn: 100 g of Sock (100 g = 425 m) from Cupid Knits.
Recommended needles: 2,5 mm and 3 mm short circular needles or 2,5 mm and 3 mm double pointed needles.
Additional materials: 5 stitch markers (1 for BOR and 4 to mark the cables) and a cable needle.
