The Plié Slipover is a soft and romantic slipover with cable details, i-cord edges and bows on the sides.
It is knitted top down, starting with the back piece. Then, sts are picked up for the shoulders and the front piece is worked. The neckline is worked in 1x1 rib and finished with an i-cord bind off. Finally, 8 i-cord strings are worked and attached to the sides of the slipover to be tied into bows.
Sizes: 1, 2, 3 (4, 5, 6) {7, 8}
Bust circumference of the slipover: 85, 95, 105 (115, 125, 135) {145, 155} cm.
To fit a bust circumference of: 70-80, 80-90, 90-100 (100-110, 110-120, 120-130) {130-140, 140- 150} cm.
Intended positive ease: 5-15 cm.
Length: approx. 56, 56, 56 (56, 60, 60) {60, 60} cm. The back piece is a bit longer than the front piece.
Gauge: 16 sts x 24 rows in stockinette stitch on 5,5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
Recommended needles: 5,5 mm circular needles (60/80 cm), 4,5 mm circular needles (40, 60 and 100 cm) and 4,5 mm double pointed needles.
Recommended yarn: 250, 250, 300 (300, 350, 400) {450, 450} g of BC Garn Brisa (50 g = 110 m).
Additional materials: 12 removable stitch markers.
