This fairly simple cowl is designed to be worn draping and loose or doubled and more fitted, and can even wrap around the neck once and over the head at the same time to keep those ears warm too. The same stitches are used throughout (with the exception of the foundation loop) and the effect of different size stitches is achieved by using 2 different sized hooks.

You can use any 2 colors of bulky yarn but you will lose the secondary striping effect if you don’t keep 1 color as a striping/slow color change yarn
