The size of the finished toy with the use of recommended materials and 4.0 mm crochet hook: ~31-32 cm (~12.2-12.6 inches) high with ears.
Pay attention that in case of using materials other than listed your toy size will differ from mine.

Recommended materials and tools:
1. Plush yarn 100g/120m (#5 Bulky). I use Himalaya Dolphin Baby:
Mia, the Unicorn
• #80303 (light pink, 100-107 g);
• #80310 (cherry pink, 15-20 g);
• #80322 (wine red, 5 g).
Cooper, the Horse
• #80363 (milk, 95-100 g);
• #80365 (sand, 5-7 g);
• #80336 (brown, 20-25 g).

1. Any suitable faux fur yarn to crochet the mane & tail. For example, Wolans Yarns FOX, Himalaya KOALA, YarnArt Fable Fur, Premium Yarn Koala Baby, Alize softy plus, etc. I use Craft Time Yarn.
2. Cotton or semicotton yarn in milk & light pink color for tightening, black color for embroidery, suitable colors to crochet horn, scarf and flower. I use: • YarnArt Jeans 50g/160m #03 (milk), #74 (light pink), #91 (wine red), #52 (green), #53 (black); • YarnArt Jeans Crazy 50g/160m #7205; • YarnArt Jeans Splash 50g/160m #945.
3. 4.0 mm crochet hook (US size G/6) (main).
4. 2.5 mm crochet hook (US size C/2) to crochet the scarf.
5. 1.75 mm crochet hook (US size #0) to crochet the horn and flower.
6. Filling (hollofiber or fiberfill for stuffing).
7. 20 mm safety eyes.
8. Eyelashes & glue.
9. Dry pastel in pink or peach color and brush for makeup for toning cheeks and inner parts of the ears.
10. Yarn needle, pins, stitch marker and scissors.
